Objective: To increase the number of customers and reservations for Private Safaris in Latin America.

Context: When we began, business from Latin America for Private Safaris was rather insignificant.

Strategy: To visit the greatest possible number of customers in Brazil, Chile and Argentina to explain the advantages of working with Private Safaris. To offer quality services with quick and effective answers during pre-sale and to provide excellent customer service during passengers’ stays. To develop training sessions on the countries in Southern Africa for resellers who have the potential to promote the destination.

Result: A 110% increase in Latin American sales from 2017 to 2018.
