Before the pandemic, our CEO was already equipped with the knowledge and skills to help people cope with mandatory social distancing, and she wanted to somehow share what she knew.
She began recording short videos on social media so that those not yet familiar with mediation could try it out. The videos also included helpful behavior and performance tips to guide viewers through these difficult times.
The response has been overwhelming, and the videos have been shared not just on the company’s channels but by companies and media outlets who have used the videos to help their followers as well. Each video has logged over 4,000 views.
